Pleasantly Surprised

Getting a new Wifi Marketing device can seem overwhelming to some. The idea that you are going to have to “mess” with your wifi can cause some to not even want to attempt to set up WiFi marketing in your business, but fear not, there are some really good WiFi Marketing companies that make this easy for the end-user. BeamBox is one of those companies. 

When we tried Beambox we were pleasantly surprised by how simple the set up was. Just as the website stated, we were able to set up this Wifi in less than 5 steps! You can even use your existing hardware, in case you are switching over from another provider. But just because you were able to hook it up in a few steps, does not mean that there is no customization available.

One of the things we did notice about Beambox, was that there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of options, which for some can be a relief, while others, who want more customization and data, will not like the simplicity of this service. But there are options that seem pretty standard in this industry, like, custom splash pages, welcome messages for those who log into your wifi, and custom landing pages. One of the items that stand out, though, is the ability to automatically prompt guests for reviews. This feature alone is worth the associated fee, because it allows your customers to market for your business, possibly giving others the incentive they need to come to your business (and maybe even use your wifi, starting the cycle all over!). 

Overall, there was nothing that stood out from our experience, and we appreciated that. BeamBox has done an amazing job of not getting in the way of using this great marketing tool. It is easy to use, works how it should, integrates with all the software you need it to, and is a reasonable price.
